**Falcon Football** is a non-profit, full-contact program with a rich history dating back to 1941. Our mission is to instill character, leadership, good sportsmanship, and respect in youth from grades 5 through 8 as they learn the game of football. We provide supervised training and conditioning, along with skills development in a competitive game setting. With hard work, participants can become strong members of their community both on and off the field. We emphasize that winning games is secondary; our primary focus is on understanding teamwork and leadership.
The Falcons are members of the Great Lakes Independent Football Conference, which includes teams from Lakeshore, Fox Valley, Green Bay, and Upper Michigan. Our ultimate goal is to develop the skills necessary for future commitments to high school and college football teams.
A bit about the history of Falcon Football, LLC: this dedicated non-profit organization has a long-standing commitment to youth. Although we may not have the largest field—our current location is St. Philips Field at 505 Irene Street, Green Bay, WI, across from St. Philips Church, which is no longer a school—we pride ourselves on having the biggest heart. Our program strives to give all players a chance to participate, learn, and feel a sense of belonging to a team.
We are committed to instilling in the youth of our community the ideals of character, leadership, hard work, physical conditioning, good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority. We aim to help them become well-adjusted, strong individuals. Importantly, no player is ever turned away due to financial reasons.
Currently, Coaches are working on the 2025 Youth Coach Certification.

Mission
Falcon Football, Inc founded in 1941, is a non-profit program that is instructional in nature.
We strive to implant firmly in the youth of our community the ideals of character, leadership, hard work, physical conditioning, good sportsmanship, honesty, loyalty, courage, and respect for authority, so that they may become well adjusted, strong, and happy children.
To achieve this mission, Falcon Football provides a supervised program of conditioning, training, and competitive football games. All members shall be guided by the principle that exceptional athletic skill and winning of games is only the secondary objective, and that their leadership and teamwork should always reflect the above stated mission.
